 Any body know what documents needed for F2 dependent visa? Does F2 need to show bank balance and property valuation? Sincere help will be highly appreciated ...

Yes sir whatever document you present to get the F1 visa. They will required to see for F2. Don't forget to ask your college for good standing letter with Dependent I-20. Else if you can get some good recomendation letter from your professor. That will help alot coz you know the counselor in Nepal how they treat nepali peopel ?
