 Should Royal Commission on Corruption nationalize the Property of Late King Birendra?

I heard that King G is going commission a powerful commission on corruption with authority to nationalize the property of corrupt leader. As we know that the king himself usurped the property of Late King Birendra should this commission nationalize the property belonged to Late King? Why only corrupt leaders when also have a corrupt King.
