Hi
What I know from one of my friends' application who had appled for PR to Canada is that you can get FBI report by first buying a FBI card, getting fingerprints and then sending it to FBI address. After they conduct routine exam they will stamp the card and send it back to you. Then you will send this card alongwith the application.
You may visit Mailboxes etc. (if there is one) or just go to a place where they do fingerprinting for greencard. They will have a copy of FBI card and they will guide you.
All the best.

Rajendraji,
Harkey is giving you exact information what you need. FBI will send you that fingerprint within 2 month and other hand you can take normal police report from your city too. But still you need FBI fingerprint......GOODLUCK TO YOU

Well-wisher,
Sagun

Some have received Landed Status in less than 7 months and some have not received in more than 4 years.
