Hello I am currently in H1B and I am thinking of getting TPS EAD and leaving my job sometime this year. But the risk is that TPS is only valid until October 2021. Any ideas about what is a good strategy? My current company is not sponsoring GC so I wanted to switch jobs as soon as possible. So I want to apply for TPS EAD soon and receive it on time to start new job.
Also, there is a big question mark in future of TPS. I always applied and reapplied for TPS, but never got an EAD.

@westcoastlad: Taaremam Pasa:These are the forms that you need to fill and submit with application fee and may be a picture for I-765 as well.

I believe you have to fill the following form:
- I 765- https://www.uscis.gov/i-765
- I-821- https://www.uscis.gov/i-821 (if you have reapplied may be you don't have to apply again please check this on your end)
- G-1145- https://www.uscis.gov/g-1145

The link above do have have instruction to fill these forms.There might be resources in google and youtube as well.
