Hello Namaste All, i have a immigration issue about my parent !! i really need your suggestion and any body had this kind of situation case?
i parent had 5 years multiple B1/B2 visa. They visited USA second time on 2011 August with entry visa 6 month but they went back to Nepal July 2012.i mean , 4-5 month overstayed !!
5 years time will be over next month. i am thinking to apply again visit visa !!! i am us citizen status!!!
what do you think? is it ok? or any problems ?? or apply Green card for relatives ?

without any sever issue tetikai overstay gareko bhaye reapply nagraum bro ( at least 5 years ) us takes immigration issues seriously. no chance at all until 5 years. dosenot matter ur citizen or not. if u apply this time get rejected so will be difficult to get visa next time... BTW 4 5 maina chai kina overstay gareko.. kei serious issue bhayera ki tetiaki ??

if u r a citizen u can apply cg for siblings..hopefully they will get gc in 2029.
