Hello Ya'll. I have got a question. Can a brand new company sponsor a H1B or a Green Card. My friend is starting an e-commerce company and wanted me to join and is willing to sponsor my Green Card (if that's possible). I am currently waiting for my work permit through TPS and I have a MBA degree. Are there any criteria for the company other than to be able to pay the prevailing wage? Can a company sponsor its first and only employee (for the time being) for H1B or a Green Card.I went through few forums and didn't find much helpful information. Has anyone been through a similar situation or know anything about it? #

Theoretically yes, practically might go into audit and the fate will rely in that.

ny2 thanks for your response. I am confused weather I should go that route or look for other alternatives. #
