 Taking phones while visiting Nepal

Hi guys,

I have heard that since last year we are allowed to take only one item (such as phone etc) with us while visiting Nepal. I was wondering if that means I can take one extra phone along with the one that I am using or just the one that I am using?

That is to hear from one ear and pass it away from other. I just had week ago people i know took 5 phones with them.
