Is it possible to open a bank account in Nepal for me without physically present there?

What the hell does your answer mean?

Yes anyone can open account in Nepal. Just stop by the bank and open account with some deposit and your local address (your parent's). Simple as that. If you are foreign national, then the process may differ a bit.

I am going to open an account with few millions of Nepalese rupees. The interest rate is 12%.

Yes you can as long as the bank provides you with that option. I was able to open an account at Sanima Bank without being physically present in Kathmandu. Hope this helps.

New bank laws require your citizenship,address plus your utility bills to open an account....newly formed popular banks like Laxmi,Sunrise,Janata,Century just needs your ID and two photos...you must present to sign and fill the forms...i havent check if there is an online procedure to make things more easy.
