its not racist but just a fact that newars are the elite of nepal in any sense:
- though being only 5% of population , they are 15% in beuraucracy(bahun chetri 65%),
- 40 % business elite(60% marwari),
- almost 40% of total qualified prefessionals(doctors,engineers,profs,CEOs).
-a big chunk of newar elite is in the North america,europe or east asia with good job and very high life standard.
-their HDI is second to only the ex royals(shahs +ranas of ktm) along with marwaris.
-newars have been very close to the rulerso f nepal before and after the unification
so its nothing to be surprised they can afford going to beauty paegents, enroll in the best colleges and schools, get the best job offers,pursuing music,art and film careers or go abroad.
except a few bahun chetris, few janajati and madhesi brahmins, no other community enjoys such high living standard as a whole.it is a result of factors like them being in the capital city, having a culture of hard work, a long learnig tradition(high caste newars),and their business cunningness.
also the janajati reservation has come handy for them to get even more representation everywhere.

Majority of Newars are resident of Kathmandu , so they already have better access to resources, education, healthcare and burocracy. And most importantly they have accumulated wealth due to real state boom in Kathmandu . Do it's no surprize they are doing better . Also add cultural factor to that, Nahum chtteri still don't prefer to join these beauty contest , while girls/woman in Newar family are more appreciated for their beauty and encouraged for these activity .

Now on naughty side, I am not sexually attracted toward Newars , I don't feel like banging them, gurung/Magar are yummy 😛
