Dear Sajha Friends, There's a song that made about the life of Nepali students abroad based on personal experience. The song is very personal and I was hoping to give it a new meaning by making a video on that. It a pretty slow song. It's nothing like the fast beats, happy mood, swing etc that you like in most contemporary song. But the song has a meaning. It was written to reflect the lives of many of us living abroad, struggling with everyday realities etc. The song is nice, but is severely lacking without a good video to portray the emotions. So I'm asking anybody with experience to come forward and help me with this project. The goal is to portray the emotions in the lyrics through a well made video. The video has to be made abroad and be fairly lyrical. In fact I have good ideas for many scenes. I'm also open to the idea of putting the song in the background score of a short/feature film made in similar topic. So please let me know if anyone is interested and we can talk about the details later. P.S.: I was never expecting to make any money on this song, and the video may or may not not be commercial success for you. But I just wanted to do something and send a positive message to people who are struggling abroad and hoping someday they will be able to return back to their family. Regards Here's a link to my song

I am not into music video, I hope you will find someone with skills here. About the song, I like it man. It can definitely be a popular number in Nepal if you can give it a good video story. But, i doubt it may not be liked so much by people living abroad. घर फर्किने भने पनि अलिकति कस्तो कस्तो success हुन नसकेको जस्तो message हो कि जस्तो लाग्यो | I would love to see this song as a background song in a feature movie.

Thank u NepaliLaure and Divorceguy. NepaliLaure- I also think there needs to be a good video story (or film score) to complete the song, and that's where the challenge is. If you relate the first verse with the last, the person has material possession (भौतिक सुविदा) but he's not happy and wants to be with his family. So the film has to kind of connect those things together. I also agree that a lot of people are content living abroad, but many aren't and the message is like what Divorceguy was saying- "paisa nai sabai hoina", Divorceguy- Thank you for your feedbacks and your generous comments. I sometimes get feedbacks about the overall song, but hardly about the details related to music, vocals, arrangement etc. So I do appreciate your detailed feedback, and I will also pay more attention to my riyaz in my future endeavors. :) Thanks guys.
