yes you can change it in canada or mexico but it's very risky. If denied you will have to go back to nepal or you might be able to return to US in your current tourist status.

I m sure you can change your status from B2 to F1. For changing your status i belive you dont have to leave USA. You can just download form from www.uscis.gov. You can do your self but you have to becareful in this. Becuase you are here with B2 and if you able to show finacial source than you can, plus explaination letter too. But, if you go through immigration lawyer than it rally helpful and there is lots of nepali lawyer in NY city. i hope this help you little bit... if there is anything i can do let me know. Thanks

Yes you can. This is a ESL college which help me change my status from B2 to F1, Change status take couple of semester with them and transfer to the university or college of your choice. Its really funny that I can't post the name of that college here because it is a restriced nepali word in sajha. you can google the name "LA_O college" (fill in the blank between A & O. Yep you guessd it rite but don't go for the name).
