This is for everyone...... not only for those in the US.

For those of you in Nepal, you need to meet the following requirements:

A Bachelors/ Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical or Computers prefered) or any computer based degree
Minimum of 2 years of computer/ IT related experience in Nepal.

Since the H1 B process is strict from Nepal, there will be 3 rounds of interviews.. first will be general, second will be a technical phone interview.. and 3rd will be a face to face (to be scheduled in Feb, so the earlier you reply the better).

"sort of guaranteed" means in 3 months... some of you might take more than 3 months, some of you less than 3 months, depending on how your interviews with clients go after your training is complete....

i have my brother done bachelor in science from university of texas. can you process for H1 for him too. i have heard only IT related can be processed H1. He has done undergrad in biology. can you process H1 for him too. if u can, pls let me know.
