This Microsoft HTML Help workshop tool kind of confusing at first but once you get used to it, its not too bad. Its the tool provided by Microsoft to create .chm file. This is even included in any Visual studio CD. As you might know .chm means compiled html file format. So, first you need to create HTML pages for your help file then use Microsoft HTML Help workshop to make .chm file.

Sorry I didn't see this post earlier.
The reason for the crack nor working is I think the .NFO file is missing. Download that (10KB) from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DUFALQI4
After installing the program copy both the crack and this .NFO file in your installation directory then run the crack. It will patch the program.
