My question is: while the H1b petition from Company A is still pending , is it possible to have sponsor from Company B? Since, H1B quotas for 2007 have been already used, Can Company B sponsor the same Benificiary to whom the Company A had already sponsored but the Petition is not decided and use the same receit number from Company A.

In short , Can Company B take it over the petition process in which Company A started and Can the Company B still use the same receit number that Company A has for the same Benificiary. Note: Both Companies are not related each other.
