Talk with Maoists.. they have lots of Maoists in Belgium... if you are not a Maoists supporter then be ready to get your as$ dirty with their co*cks.. and be ready to donate those maoists in Belgium as well...

I was in Brussels for 3 days , 2 months ago for business. The dutch side is very nice, the french side kind of shabby. People were very friendly. If you get a chance try mussels from brussels....its good..... Belgium chocolate is very famous ....get some to take home ...good stuff...

Thanks for the informatin guys! Yes, I have some scholarship money. But, I want to know how much is the decent money to live around a good life with osme savings. Just for comparison purpose, if somebaody have ~2000 Euros/month (nett, after taxes), is that a reasonable money to have a good life. Lets say(~500 rent+300 food+100utilities+200 extra expenses+900 saving: is it a resonable division. Deoneofakind, looks like you live there, I appreciate any suggestions

I heard from the Cab driver that took us around that average Salary for family of 4 in Belgium was about 25,000 Euros....which I belive is use perhaps 30-40 K..... It is expensive but cheaper than Londan or other western european cities.... Good luck...my suggestion is if you need a job....it will be hard to find... 18% unemployment in Belgium....lots of state funding for belegiumites..
