Days, months and years gone by and the things are not same any more. Just wanna go back....but its not an option right now. What can you do? If you ask me I would say just push play the music and unleash the wave of nostalgia. Let the melody carry you back in time and relive the moments u've missed.
Lets join hands and post some old classic Nepali songs which you think you can connect to and feel good about it.

Let me start with the Song from Season Band....Sapana Matra. Brings back the memory from High School. Those were the days....

some songs are deep inside ur heart, whenever u listen/ heard that music; it reflect back to days where u had  splendid time. your heart melt down, you start remembering those moments; peoples and that special thing that really make ur blood pound fast. The below songs are among the best; karna dash jindagi ko k bharaso, chari maryo sisa ko goli le, Bidesh jane mayalu timi lai, gandaki ko tirai ma.One hindi song that I always prefer to listen is Rog movie song.. "maine dil se kaha"....

here's the evergreen one for me....

Thanks koho-koho for sharing. Lajalu Muskan Le Priyasi is indeed a great song. I totally agree with your points. These songs are the inseperable memories of our past.

The song I'm thinking about right now is Basa Sundari  from Brosis band. No one can deny the fact of the freshness this song carries. Every time I listen to this song, it gives me a goose bump.

Keep em' comming friends

this song by Haresh Mathema, everytime I hear this song, takes me to my childhood days. May be I was 4 or 5. We used to dance and sing to Harish bro, lyrics wasn't really that we cared.

Thanks jethobatho for reminding me this song. I must say Harish Mathema is the living legend in Neplease music industry. Too bad lot of people don't even care about him. I really felt bad when I saw him singing hindi songs at Yak resturant in Jackson Hight, New York. And even more disappointing was the fact that people wanted him to sing hindi songs rather than his own songs. He deserve lot better than that. But I guess thats the ironey of being Nepali artist.
Any ways lets listen to the song called "Aakha ko nani" from Haresh Mathema. I must say this is one of his superb song. Really nice to sing along with a guitar. Makes me feel good whenever I listen to this song. Enjoy.

This is one of the great creations in the Nepali music industry. As far as I know this song was made in memory of babin's gf who died in the crash of Thai air bus. I still remember the news of this incident while watching on nepal television news. That was sad moment. " tyo bishal chari"- the plane: what a word......really tragic.

I agree with you atomic. I must say this song is the mile stone in neplease music. Love the feeling of this song. It has succesfully portraited the the tragic event.

Lets move on to another song called "tyo raat ko" by Pramod Upadhya. To me, he is one of the promissing singer of nepal.
