hi Sajha Experts,
I have just received Visa for Canada Immigration. Right now i am in USA and got Visa through Buffalo, NY. I am planning to visit Nepal before going to Canada. As well as I am married and we both will be landing in different time. So, is that possible. Is it fine that i go back to Nepal and fly to Canada from there and My wife will be landing in Canada after couple of months latter after landed. So, if you have any idea regarding that, plz share.
thanks

As long as your wife and you have a valid visa for a specific peroid of time to canada, there shouldnt be any problem with the different dates. There is no law that says husband and wife have to travel together. Heck they dont even need to know she is married to you when she is going to Canada becase she has a stamped visa on her passport. She has a stamped visa right?

It depends on who the Primary applicant is. Per Canada immigration Primary applicant has to land first. If you are the primary applicant and your wife is dependent than she can land after you but if you are the dependent in your wife application than you can't land before her.
