Only a person with H1B can bring right away?
For you it takes like 5-10 months my friend.
You need to follow the procedures. Starts from form I-130.
Please visit www.uscis.gov. You'll get everything you looking for. Take your time, and read it carefully which helps you to save money visiting lawyer...
