Dear friends, I am an Nepali Citizen who really overstayed (several years) my F1 Visa in the US. I am back in Kathmandu now and since I never finished my degree, I wanted to complete it in the UK. I have every intention to complete my degree this time but am wondering how I can possibly convince the Entry Clearance Officer at the British Embassy of this. Some have recommended that I renew my passport, but the VAF3 form requires a list of all my passports, current and previous including date or issue and expiry date. Also, I cannot hide the fact that I was in the US before since it is the only proof I have of my language proficiency. Please help me with this upcoming process that can help me rectify my life
