I have been with T Mobile for almost four years now. T Mobile never had the best coverage (like Verizon did at that time), but with the top notch customer service, lots of minutes, and free roaming service I had gone wtih T Mobile. Although the coverage wasn't excellent it wasn't bad either. But, for past 3-4 months I have started to notice sharp decline in the connectivity/service. More drop calls, inability to connect etc. One of my friend even said that it's easier to get connected (call) to a FM station than to my phone. I am having this problem in Southern Louisiana, I don't know how it is over other places. If things doesn't improve I might change the service provider soon. You guys canshare your experiences too.

IT DEPENDS ON WHERE U ARE LEAVING . SAME HAPPEN TO ME ...I GOT MY PHONE IN HOUSTON AND TAKE IT TO NEBRASKA . THE SERVICE WAS ONLY AVAIABLE IN SOME PLACE ...LIKE .I CANT GET CONNECTED INSIDE MY DORM ,I HAVE TO BE OUT LOOKING THE PLACE WHERE I CAN FIND SOME TOWERS IN MY CELL.

I am not concerned with the coverage, I am more worried about the diminishing quality of the service. The place I live has the coverage, but I've started sensing this decline since past 3-4 months.

Well, I haven't had any major problems so far!!!!!!! The customer service is as good as it can get. People who (i know) has switched from Verizon&Sprint to TMobile seems to be content.
