Recruit students and hand guns instead of books.Forcefully close school.
4]Security:

SIRAHA, Aug 17 - The Siraha District Development Committee (DDC) has suffered severe financial crisis after the Maoists hijacked all its revenue sources.

The problem emanated after the Maoists began raising taxes from contracts, which otherwise used to generate Rs 15 million for the DDC, said a DDC official.
