Need Help regarding using US Driving license in Nepal for a short visit. It is possible to do that?? Or we have to get Nepal license.

u need to get nepali licence or else give some cash money to ppl if they check yo licence.....
u got to deal and adjust with environment and thats nepal and thats how they do it..

Flawless is right. Dont worry manange, its easy. you can buy a license of your interest in Yatayat Byabastha Karyalaya, Kathmandu or Birgunj or Pokhara.

Go to DMV office with valid Driving Licence form US, and ask for International Driving Licence. They will provide you after paying certain fee ($10,depending in state).

Go to AAA and get International Driving liscense for 15$. You can drive with it.
I drove all the time with it. I had no problem.I got caught once cuz I had mistakenly driven in one way in General Post Office.It was costly. I was taken to Thapathali Traffic Police station. I had to pay for their Sunmica top for their dining table 3000 Rps as donation. Because I had Intl. Driving Liscense.
