This is a very common condition prevalent among younger people. This condition is called inferiority complex. Specially after the boom of social media and increasing importance put on financial success, many people see all good things and great things which makes them feel unfulfilled and reduces their own self confidence. You have to overcome this kind of feeling by focusing on positive aspects of life and by putting things into perspective. You will never be satisfied with the amount of money because there is always more to have. Appreciate what you have such as your family, friends and the love you get which is priceless. You don't have to judge yourself harshly or try to compete with others. Just believe that you are a special person and stop comparing your material possessions or looks in order to feel good about yourself. Build your confidence. Read books on philosophy or other self help books that encourage your confidence and outlook on life. More than anything you need to change your outlook on life and understand what is important for you. Change your priorities one step at a time. You don't want to worry about what others think about you. Most of the time, other people are busy with their own problems so do not restrict yourself thinking what others with say. Another thing is over thinking. You probably think too much. Although thinking resolves a lot of problems, most of the time, thinking is not productive because you end up worsening your state of mind. You need to be in control of your mood. You are the reason you feel bad because you start thinking all the negative stuff. When negative thoughts come to your mind, you have to actively push it out and think something else or just keep your mind blank. Hope this helps.

ओह, कस्तो सान्धर्बिक र गम्भीर प्रस्न . हेर्दा खेरि साधारण भए पनि भोग्ने लाइ थाहा होला एक एक पल जीवन जीउनुको संघर्ष . डर लाग्ने, पब्लिक फेस गर्न नसक्ने , अरु भन्दा आफु लाई inferior ठान्ने , २ ४ जनाको अगाडी बोल्न नसक्ने , anxiety , सके सम्म कम मान्छे फेस गर्नु परोस भन्ठान्ने , job interview देखि डराउने यी सबै त autism का पनि सिमटम्स हुन् . अम्रिकामा त १८ महिना देखि नै बच्चा को autism थाहा हुदो रैछ र थेरापीले निको हुदो रैछ . नेपालमा त autism को diagnosis हुदैन तेसैले कति धेरै मान्छेलाइ autism छ थाहा नै हुन्न . autism पनि mild देखि severe गरेर धेरै प्रकारको हुदो रैछ . तर जे भए पनि clinical Psychiatric संग परामर्स लिएर थेरापीमा जानु बेस होला .

Let's be positive. At least you released what you have been going through. Almost everyone goes through some inferiority complex in some points in life. Give yourself a chance and try to come out of your comfort zone, rather than looking out to people's perceptions. We can never make anyone 100% happy. Take an example of the man, his wife , donkey & the critics. More power to you.

@Bennedict yes autism is too harsh. I think most of this in me is subconscious except facing people. I only have trouble facing people I know. I can face people that I don't know well. This is very interesting and doctors also think about this.

I loved this book, " Emotional Intelligence 2.0" by Travis Bradberry & Jean Greaves. You can read and gain deeper understanding of how our brain works. Also, Don't assume that people have enough time to think about you or notice you, Nobody really cares. For instance, you may see somebody staring at you in a public place. Now, that might be not true- that person might be daydreamming or thinking something else. Even if that person is thinking about you, that should not bother you as that's some stranger and his/her opinion about you serves you nothing. Lastly, Learn to say 'Fucck it/ Off' often.

I don't know why this was written in the first place but you really need to broaden your horizon a lot. Do you think India is all what you see in those hindi serials on TV? People and places in India can be way overwhelming than in USA. Talk about it. Been there, done that.

autism यति बृहत छ कि यो बारे बुझ्न हामी जस्ता nan -medical लाई धेरै गारो हुन्छ, तैपनि मैले एस्लाई सामान्यकरण गरेको छु ०-१० को स्केल राखेर . १-३ स्केल : यो स्केलको autism अति सामान्य हुन्छ र प्राय धेरै लाइ हुन्छ . न एसको कुनै लक्ष्यन हुन्छ . विशेसग्य लाइ पनि autism हो कि होइन भन्न एकदम कठिन हुन्छ . एस्लाई प्राय anxiety संग मान्छे झुकिन्छन . ४-७ स्केल : यो स्केल को autism पिडित व्यक्ति स्वयम् महसुस गर्न सक्छ . बाहिर ठुलो मासमा बोल्न नसक्ने, नर्वस हुने, अरु संग आफुलाइ तुलना गरेर हिनता बोध हुने , छेमता हुदा हुदै पनि नेत्रित्तो लिन नसक्ने , कुनै नया चिजको थालनी गर्न डराउने , नया मान्छे संग बोल्दा १० पटक सोच्ने र मुलत resistance to change हो . पिडित मानसिक रुपमा अती तेज हुने तर डर , त्रास आदि ले सफलता पाउन नसकी रहेको हुन्छ. बाहिरी समाजले पिडितको अस्वोभाबिक क्रियाकलाप खासै थाहा नपाए पनि पिडित आफै over reaction गरि रहेका हुन्छन, PK2014 सर यसको उदाहरण हुन् . उपचार गरे एस्लाई १ २ स्केलमा झार्न सकिन्छ . ८-१० सेकेल : यो स्केल को autism अत्यन्त खराब हो . autism को साथ साथै एसले अरु मानसिक समस्या पनि देखाऊछ . येस्मा पिडित लाइ autism भएको खासै थाहा हुन्न तर समाजले उसको क्रियाकलापले autism प्रस्ट बुझ्न सक्छ . बेसुरा कुरा गर्ने, बेसुरा हिड्ने , बेसुरा लेख्ने देखि जीवनका क्रियाकलाप गर्न समेत कसैको साहेता चाहिने हुन्छ .सामाजिकरुपमा घुलमिल गर्न नसक्ने , अरु सङ आखा जुधाउन नसक्ने, बोलेको लेखेको नबुज्निने , एकै प्रकारको क्रियाकलाप् बार बार repeat mode मा गरि राख्ने आदि आदि एसको लक्ष्यन . LOGAN र उसको क्रियाकलाप यो autism को उदाहरण हो .
