This guy is one of a kind; passionate about the footy and loves Nepal like Nepali people do! His tantrums after each tourney was shocking and gelastic at once. He has already resigned three times and got hired again, just in the matter of three months/90 days and basically IS untouched by any praise or any slander coming his way! Nepal's game has been finer and players are moving and shooting the ball with quality touch since the coach Abd Al Mutairi came into job. It would be tough for any Qatari to adjust in Nepal but if he stays for a year or more, he won't be going back soon. Problem is not the coach, problem is ANFA and the habit and culture of Nepali personnel delivering slipshod work, lying, dishonesty, nepotism and can-do-anything-for-money mentality and attitude! Good luck coach and good luck team Nepal--of course and always.
