When i dun get enough sleep my back hurts n my stress level increases n i get mad at everything. I cant sleep properly. Usually i sleep 4 hrs then wake up n then again go bAck to sleep n still i feel sleepy n tired when i wake up. Any medicine? Nay be its lack of sex or family life. I have not had sex since covid started as i used to see some sluts but now i m scared n they scared too as who knows who has covid.
