Hi Guys, The company I work for has a designated 401K but they don't match(its a contracting company). Even though they don't match one benefit I see is I can contribute the money pre tax which is still a good thing. Should I open 401 K or go for Roth IRA or Traditional IRA ? Thanks

Open 401, its better for you since its pre-tax for now. You can also do roth separately through Vanguard or any other firms, if you have more money to put besides the 401.
