I just got back to US on my Advance parole based on TPS. I am applying for GC based on marriage to US citizen. I was out of status for 4 years before I got my TPS. Do I have to file Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility? Thanks

The entry on AP cured your inadmissibility. You don't need to apply for waiver. Good luck!

Thats true Manoj but you still need to file for a waiver. After travel on AP, you do not need to file for waiver. Just file i-130 and i-485, simple.
