Yes, it is one of these major key problem of Nepal.

It must be addressed in 8 political parties, Nepal government parliaments and all social and government institutionals.

It must be reslove before anything else.

I think in Kathmandu Newar against Bahun racism is more powerful than anything I have seen. They openly sterotype bahuns, call them names, and while benefiting from Bahun established corrupt government --- belittle Bahun's contribution to Nepali society. Pathetic...

Because gorkhalis have very active "superiority" hormones.
