I am so damn sick and tired of goddamn illegal immigrants coming to America in droves like it's their goddamn god-given right. Furthermore, what ticks me off is that these goddamn Mexicans and other hispanic groups haven't even assimilated in this country. They keep speaking their native tongue, and refuse to learn English. They wave Mexican flags, and feel that certain American states(like California) always belonged to Mexico. I have a big problem with that sort of logic. Furthermore, 30% of criminals in jail are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that I will support illegal immigration of any sort, whether they be Nepalis or Mexicans. I myself did it the hard way. Let me say that it took me more than 15 years to get my hands on the highly coveted green card. 15 FUKING YEARS. You expect me to support illegal immigrants who just hop the borders or overstay their visas and refuse to do it the LEGAL WAY? No way am I supporting this sh1t. Plus the fact is that they steal jobs that belong to Americans. Millions of Americans are unemployed, and not all of them are lazy, as some people seem to imply. Corporations are complicit in this as well, and they are equally to blame. Erecting a wall is not enough. Sure, illegal immigration will subside to a degree for a while, butthey will surely find a different way. If they can't come by land, they will just swim or do it some other way(god know how). So the best bet is to use the Military to guard the borders.Things are so bad that in some American cities, it is hard to get a job unless you are fluent in Spanish. This country was founded on ANGLO-SAXON, JUDEO-CHRISTIAN ideals, and it should stay that way. I also have a huge problem with H1B visa holders(many Nepalis), who get pregnant here. These babies are anchor babies as far as I am concerned. These people are just using their children to stay here, and I cannot support something of that nature. Furthermore, the reason corporations hire these people is because they are CHEAP and work for less money. Studies have been done regarding this as well. Sure, they make more than illegal Mexicans, but they make less than Americans. This is another way corporations have managed to cut their expenses.
5.1% Americans of working age who are unemployed. More than 20 million Americans living in poverty. Billions of dollars down the tubes just to support illegal immigrants. Most illegal immigrants don't pay taxes, since they get paid under the table. They are a liability to America. Plus, who picks up the tab if they get sick? UNCLE SAM of course.

I don't wanna deal with illegal immigrants. I hope I don't come across one in real life(don't care if these illegals are Nepalis or not), coz I will report them for sure.

What gets my pants in a wad is that they come here and claim that gringos should be the ones who should pack their bags and leave. Give me a break. America leads the world, and it should stick that way. Rome fell because of invasion. Let's all remember that.

I don't care what anybody here says. I do not support illegal immigration. I do not support work visa(H1B or whatever it's called) as well. The first thing America needs to do is fix the 14th amendment loophole. Only children born of American citizens or green card holders should become American citizens. Being born on American soil should not automatically make you an American. That's just wrong. Children born of illegal immigrants or H1B visa holders should not automatically become Americans. This loophole has been abused way too many times. There is gonna be a huge demographic shift otherwise, and it ain't gonna be pretty. Little Mexicos, little cuba--these are some communities that are sprouting like wild mushrooms. Pack your bags and leave this country, illegals, you are a strain to America.

Re: Corporations: Again, illegals are here because there is a market for them that they are able to fill. The Capitalist Economy is driven by the profit margin- that lies at the heart of the Outsourcing debate and at the heart of the illegal aliens debate. If the farm owners and the other service industries were willing to give Americans a decent living wage then perhaps the influx from the South would not be as much as it currently is but the fact is that corporate America and the economy desperately needs these labourers to help the economy stay afloat especially in this environemnt of ballooning debt and onset of inflation which is bound to hit by the end of this hair brained administration's reign of terror.

Bottom line..don't fault the illegals for wanting to have the hope of a better life...Sensenbrenner, Lou Dobbs and Bill O' Reilly need to get their heads out of their Derriers and face reality...this is not an issue that a sense of misplaced Nationalism is going to solve any time soon. As far as alleviation of pverty is concerned, I seriously doubt that having the borders closed and forcing illegals to leave the country is going to help alleviate poverty--that needs to be a systematic Institutional policy that can only happen through an administration that does not insist on giving tax breaks to the richest in the land at the expense of the poorest...I'm sure you agree :-)

And above all, they spent at least half of their money here in US, because they live here, so it’s not that each and every penny they earn goes to their native country.

You don’t have to report to US government about the illegal immigrants, they know more than you do and it is next to impossible to drive these people from their hidings. The practicality of US government trying to deport these people is almost nil. Principles are better of when they are uttered in words and written in papers, they have very little do in real life.

What on earth do you know about 14th amendment in the first place and it’s better you leave the amendment alone, that’s beyond your understanding.

I will not get personal here, because it is irrelevant as to how and why Thugged Out came to the US and became a US citizen. The jest of his argument is that illegal immigrants, especially Hispanics and Muslims use all sorts of tactics to come into the country and work, refusing to assimilate and learn the language and “culture.” This aggregate influx over the years has polluted the identity of America, with regard to demographics, language (some places are predominantly Spanish speaking) and the very aesthetics of American Neighborhoods. To top all this off, they are taking away jobs from poor unemployed Americans, a number that apparently stands at 5 or 6%. Let me point out 2 huge misconceptions that some people have over here.
1) Americans don't want to do that type of work- WRONG! Poor Americans are willing to do a lot of that work.
2) The Illegal labor markets fuels the economy-WRONG! America was and always will be fueled by big corporations, Entrepreneurs and its prudent ability to lure and use "intellectual capital."

If illegal people are taking American jobs away at a blue collar level, or H1B people are taking jobs away at a white collar level, then what about Americans taking away a "majority" of middle and upper management jobs in Foreign and US Financial Services firms stationed in Asia and Europe? ING, UBS, BNP Paribas, Deutche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, HSBC and many Asian Banks, are companies whose international divisions or domestic divisions in Asia specifically are filled with white Americans at the mid management and upper management levels. How do I know this? I work in the Industry. Those talented Asians should be frustrated that their jobs are taken away by Americans. You see Thug, it all balances out in today’s world, and your are lobbying for a 5% American Unemployed workforce to be flooded into the blue-collar labor market in the U.S.? That percentage is too marginal and insignificant to justify such an outcry.
H1Bs----American companies are more and more reluctant to give out H1bs, because of rising costs for sponsorships and an evermore complicated regulatory envoirnment.The people who are just getting H1bs, I will tell you this much. GOOD LUCK GETTING A GREEN CARD SPONSORSHIP! The US wants to use H1bs to achieve their short term goals of cost reduction. They are slowly shying away from further sponsorship and will find somebody else to do the job eventually.
The problem is not illegal workers; the problem is that a lot of these guys are not paying taxes. The reform bill is clearly a proposition to extract tax dollars out of them. Its always about the money, therefore thug, don't come looking for answers from illegal immigrants about "American" poverty when you should be asking your power and profit hungry, selfish, bureaucratic, Brooks Brothers wearing government power broker whose hunger is replenished by Blue Chip companies so that they can continue to proliferate their greed and whose actions reflect the disparity between them and their poor fellow "White Americans." Although Illegal Immigrants are not to be solely blamed for your so called "American Destitution", they do need to be controlled. Laws need to reform in such a way that these guys don’t have too many options to live here and possibly be a burden on themselves or the Government. Example, A Nepali guy or whoever comes here on a tourist visa, leaving his newly wed wife and kid, to make some DINERO. He extends his visa, continues to over stay, and gets lured by the possibility of being sponsored by some sole proprietor, waits for years to get his "Green Card". Meanwhile his family continues to live without seeing him and vice-versa. The only thing they see back home is green dollars and exchange rates. When that guy gets his card, he realizes how much of life he has lost, not seeing his family. He can never make up that lost time. Life it seems is not without a sense of irony. There are a gazillion amount of people in the US who fit this profile. END THEIR MISERY!! If they had no other way to manipulate the law, they would leave the country. Life maybe tough back home but Necessity is the mother of all invention, I’m sure they’d survive.
About all these Nepalese criticizing the US, you are all here because of GREED. Don't sugar coat your realities. None of you genuinely want to go back, and try to help Nepal and a time where basic human values of your country are under siege, which is perfectly fine, but just stop this pretentious cacophony.
