Has anyone tried call2nepal.com phone cards as advertised on sajha mainpage? They have really good rates, but they are too good to be true. I have to make phone calls to Nepal pretty much every other day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

just a thought....

If anyone knows better deal than that please mention, so that I can switch to that. Thanks

If you have a DSL or Cable, use Dialpad service which gives 00.19c/min to call Nepal. This is a good card for those who calls frequently (doesn't have a connection charge).

I just found www.cardbazar.com. It's Awasome
They got one phone card to call Nepal-Kathmandu, which gives upto 140 minutes for $5 if you make one long call.

My best one is Africa Queen and Africa Queen, which has No connection and gives excellent 79 minutes.

You better check out www.cardbazar.com right now.

Card from Himtel does not give more than 20 minutes outside the kathmandu...I need a good advice , would you pls tell me which one would be the best to call outside Kathmandu????
And another thing,
Once I called ktm using a card from HIMTEL, I talked and the call terminated itlelf as usual...Later on when I got my phone Bill I saw 3 minutes calling kathmandu from my Cell which charged me about 7 dollars. I use CIngular Network, what may be the problem. I never called nepal without card....So I stopped buying Himtel.....
Could you pls advice me a good one....

There is one phone card named 'DEAL', if connected, there is no time limit for you to stop conversation, you can enjoy talking until you die.

40 minutes for $2 or maybe 45 minutes. It's that awasome. That's why I love cardbazar.com. They really got varities of quality calling cards.

Have you tried the Africa King and Africa Queen for cardbazar.com. I heard they are very good too to call Nepal.

I use SKYPE to make unlimited phone calls within the united states paying $2.99 a month. I've also given the same skype user id and pw to my parents now they can call me from nepal direct to my cellphone. you dont have to be in front of computer, its cheap , convinent and perfect with all those loadshedding schedules as they can call me anytime just logging to my skype A/c( direct to my cell phone) and it works as a local call.

I also use Skype. They can call on my cell for free unlimited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You open an skpye a/c here and also open another Skype for them. In your a/c you buy US-Canada unlimited 7.95$ for 3 months and don't forget to do call forwarding. Put you cell no. for call forwarding even if you are not online, when they double click on your ID, you cell phone rings, talk unlimited as long as they have power in Nepal. Or if they have a laptop they can buy a mobile broadband just like At&T and Sprit have it. I think it cost around 500 Rs. a month in Nepal. They can call you anytime if Laptop is charged.
