 try for state universities in Minnesota. last time I checked tuition was around 3000 per sem and tuition is same flat rate for 12-18 credits. no work opportunity outside the campus but i think that you should concentrate on your study as evident from your post spending 3 years in community college.

Park university. parkville, Missouri. i herad its pretty good on two majors. Business and computer science. they offer scholarships as well. Also, lots of job oppourtunities outside the college and within the college as well. One of my friend graduated from there and got job right after he graduated. lots of interships.
