With an attitude like that no one is going to sponsor you..JK how did that feel?

Are you already working or you need a job as well?

Dude! Looks like you really need some good mentor. Why don't u hire someone. But I will tell you that, the choice you made at this point will have a lot to do with your future and career . So try to make best decision for u.

If your employer dont want to sponsor u , you have no other choice than quiting job finding the one which does. But you have to find one when there still time for filing H1. As u are java programmer it shouldn't be that hard. I don't like desi consultancy , though I work for one of them, cause they are real shit.

Considering this, one option I like to suggest you. It looks like you work for a client through american vendor. So what u have to do is ask your vendor that if it is ok if you find a company that will sponsor your h1 , and they will do corp to corp contract with your h1 sponsor company. If they agreed you have to negotiate for hourly rate. Then you need to find desi consultancy that will file h1. After that you will work in employer- vendor- client model.

Main thing to consider here is you may loose some of your money , as desi h1 sponsor will bite a chunk of your income. Other thing is you really need to find some decent desi company, negotiate with them . If you could deal everything properly you may end up having GC in one year , and everything will be fine.
