Hey guys
I am in problem now. I had filled H1B from Dhoti Consultancy in April but graduated in May. So while applying I did not have my diploma certificate so I just filed without it. My case was picked in the lottery and gave the Receipt no too. And later they send first RFE asking the documents. So I submitted them my Diploma and my transcript. But now they had send another RFE asking to show proof from college Registrar or incharge of educational records that I had completed my degree before I applied for that.
Had anybody faced this problem before? Dhoti le college bata letter liyera aaija bhancha. I dont think college will write this kind of letter.
I am really frustated now. How can I approach the college?

deshbhaktanepali you are a ***hole, If you can help talk otherwise F***-off!!
Chintamani dont worry, you can just provide that you were in CPT during that period and have already registered for the courses to get completed before may.
That will work..I have faced it.

NepaliThita....you surely sounds like a Smart Assss dude...how will you provide a support for a CPT if you didn't have one...don't you need an I20 approved for a CPT dated prior to your H1B application....and as far as Chintamani's problem is concerned, based on his posted question, he needs to prove that he had completed his degree before applying for his H1B.

Completion of degree is not compulsory... If we can provide evidence that one is graduating in May-June before the H1 Starts i.e in october.. with all the graduation courses from the college it will be accepted by USCIS.
It is ovious that they will want the letter from the college....stating " MR ... have completed all the graduation courses and have been taking classes to graduate in May 2008"
I bet it works....
Thank You

Chintamani bro,
There is no such thing as option A or B, doing this or that in dealing with USCIS. They are bunch of duches sitting in small cube tryin to make hard working immigrants life tough. May be they had a rough night with their spouse or whateva. Just gotta provide what they ask, else they will decline ur case, which is their first pref anyway.
Deshbhakta bro.... y hatin brah???? Everybody came to this country to fight, survive and revive. No hating.
Peace and goodluck with all....
