I got into accident and luckily nothing happened to me. Thank to god. The scenario of accident goes like this :
Three car involved. I was the third car at the rear. The middle car driver was drunk and he hit the car in front of him. I was on the back of middle car and all i remember that i slammed into the middle car. I cant remember if the middle car spinned and hit me or if i hit him from back. In such situation will i be considered at fault ? I beleive it's not my fault since the middle car but front car and i tried to brake but it was too late.
I have full coverage on my car. How do i handle this situation. Please help me out if anyone has been in similar situation. My car has severe damage to front. Its 10 camry.

Did you get insurance and driver info from middle car ? You can get police report from a police office who was handling the accident. Its sad but hopefully you can claim from middle car insurance to fix your car.

I guess it depends where u hit the middle car, in most cases the guy who rear ends someone is at fault, but since u said middle guy was drunk, u must have police report and they will provide you with the info. Of that person. Call your insurance company, as they will try to help you and then call other guys insurance.
I went through similar situation not too long ago, but in my case it was not drunk driver, just stupid old lady pulled up in the highway of the sudden. Luckily i rear ended her on the side, if it was on the back, it would have been my fault, thats what my agent told me.
