A WILD-DOG IS FOUND IN THE STREETS OF KATHMANDU.....ACCORDING TO THE MEDIAS, IT HAS ALREADY INFECTED RABIES TO THE LOCALS IN THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD...WE, THE RESIDENTS OF KATHMANDU, URGE THE DOE ( DEPARTMENT OF EVACUATION) TO RESCUE THE DOG ASAP SO THAT WE COULD LIVE SAFE.....

Now to answer your question, PETA doesn't want the dog to be associated to any leaders of Nepal as it is a disgrace to the dog breed.
