My H1 transfer got denied too ! What's going on here ???

Guys... although I have included everything required... my h1 transfer got denied too... what's going on.. I had just recently read another guy's case in sajha.. .and was worried. But today.. when I checked the status... it was denied .... I don't know what to do now... It's terrible !!

I am adding details here:

I just came to know today while checking my status online. I don't know any reasons yet. But I had made sure that:

i. Job required Bachelors degree and salary offerred was researched through ONET database and was higher than what it was there.

ii. Job responsibilities were similar although it were not exact. I had worked as System Analyst and was transferring H1 as Business analyst.

iii. I had submitted 3 recent paystubs. The company I was transferring my h1 to have been in business since 7 yrs and has about 20-25 consultants.

Update:

Just got call from my lawyer. He called me to give the same notice... I asked him the reason and he told me it might be because, I am filing my transfer as business analyst and they might have thought in some way that it is not IT related occupation. His point was with bad economy and job cuts there might be as many business analysts a business want ...that might be the reason... But real reason still to come..

what was the scenario? Is it for a new H-1B for October? Was pay stubs included?

Please refer the following cases:

1. I had a friend whose H1B transfer was accepted when only 1 recent paystub was produced.
2. I have an Indian friend whose H1B transfer was rejected because his new job responsibilities "were not that specialized and complicated requiring a bachelor's degree".
3. I had another Singhalese friend whose H1B transfer application was rejected because it was a non-IT education TO Tech job TO Non Tech Job transfer situation.
4. Another Indian dude had a typical salary problem. The payrate of the new company was lower than the old one.
5. My friend's friend was transferring to a company which was only 3 years old and had only 2 employees. There are special clauses while transferring in startups which were not fulfilled during application
6. There are cases to my knowledge where the phrases of the new job role was improper and vague. This could also be one reason. Just my take.

Now its for you guys, Mastercard and Nepali Thita to let us know what could have been the probable cause for their problems so that Sajhaites would not have to go through similar situations.

mastercard keep patience..that is what I am doing now. I also dont know what happened this time I had transferred to a big company with high pay but got denied.

meek__misfit i will definately contact you once i get my details from my company lawyer either monday or tuesday.

Guys I have also heard that sometimes USCIS online details just puts denied but it comes thru in paper....hopefully that might have happened.
